User Data Deletion Instructions

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you have logged into our website/app using your Facebook account and wish to delete the data associated with it, you can easily do so by following these steps:

Method 1: Remove via Facebook Settings (Recommended)

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy > Settings.

  2. Scroll down and click on Apps and Websites.

  3. Find our app/website in the list of active apps and click Remove.

  4. Check the boxes according to your preference and click the Remove button again. This will sever the connection and automatically initiate the data deletion process on our end.

Method 2: Contact Our Support Team If you prefer that we manually delete your account and all associated data from our database, please contact us directly:

  • Email: support@tenmokucup.com

  • Subject: Data Deletion Request

  • Content: Please provide the email address associated with your account or your Facebook User ID so we can locate your data.

We will process your request and securely delete your data within 7 business days, and we will send you a confirmation email once it is done.
